Milla Jovovich is set to star in writer/director Julien Magnat's "Faces in the Crowd" thriller which is being produced by Radar Films, Minds Eye Entertainment and Forecast Pictures.

Jovovich stars as a woman who barely survives an attack by a serial killer. She wakes up in hospital with a head injury that leaves her "face-blind," in other words, no longer able to recognize faces. She must navigate a world in which facial features change each time she loses sight of them while the while the killer is closing in on his target, aiming to eliminate the potential witness.

The screenplay deals with a real-life neurological disorder called prosopagnosia.

"Julien has written a breathtaking thriller that is truly original, and I was hooked from the first read," Mednick said of the screenplay.
