With Disney's "Toy Story" and "Toy Story 2" in 3D, many are contemplating releasing their past films in 3D as well.
Lightstorm Entertainment partner Jon Landau who's "Avatar," directed by James Cameron, sees release soon, said "We are certainly interested in exploring the opportunity to rerelease some of Lightstorm's past films in 3D."
Lightstorm has done some 3D tests on "Titanic" and "Terminator 2."
The 3D "Toy Story" offerings will see 1,600 screens on October 2nd, reminding folks of the third film which hits theatres on June 18th also in 3D.
