ABC has bought an untitled script from "House Bunny" writers Kirsten Smith and Karen McCullah Lutz and may make it into an "autobiogrpahical series" apparently involving the writers' lives.
The duo will write the pilot and then be on as consulting producers if the show gets traffic...
Lutz and Smith wrote "Bride Wars" helmed by Gary Winick and starring Kate Hudson, Anne Hathaway, Candice Bergen and Chris Pratt. Additionally, they penned the romantic comedy "The Ugly truth" which stars Gerard Butler, Katherine Heigl and Cheryl Hines.
"The House Bunny" stars Anna Faris, Emma Stone, Kat Dennings, Colin Hanks, Katherine McPhee, Beverly D'Angelo, Dana Goodman, Lauren Hill, Kellan Rhude, Kiely Williams, Money Mazur and Rumer Willis.
In Columbia Pictures' comedy "The House Bunny," Anna Faris charms as Shelley Darlington, a Playboy Bunny who teaches an awkward sorority about the opposite sex - only to learn what boys really like is what's on the inside.
