Following the massive success of their indie horror "Paranormal Activity," Paramount may offer up a sequel. Sources say that in Viacom's earnings call Tuesday morning, CEO Philippe Dauman said the movie has been one of those surprise hits that comes along only rarely.

Naturally, any follow-up would not have that same element of surprise. Dauman said "Our team will come up with the right creative and marketing approach."

A tough call but is it really worth it? You decide. The film has amassed over $84 million since opening on September 25th in limited areas then achieving a wider release on October 16th.
