The actress known for her part in "Charlies Angels" died at the St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California. She was 62 years old. Fawcett was diagnosed with anal cancer in September 2006.
With over 50 credits to her name in both television and film, Farrah Fawcett will truly be remembered as an icon to many.
I mostly remember her from performances in the hysterical "The Canonball Run" (despite being Razzie nominated for Worst Supporting Actress) back in 1981 as well as Golden Globe nominees "The Burning Bed" and "Extremities."
Other credits include "Logans Run," "Saturn 3," "The Apostle" and Robert Altman's "Dr. T. and the Women."
Her last credit was in 2004's comedy "The Cookout."
Thank you for the fond memories Farrah, we'll miss you...good journey.
