Joe Carnahan helms the film which Michael Brandt and Derek Haas are screenwriting based on the characters created by Stephen J. Cannell for the popular 80s television series. Cannell produces alongside Tony Scott and Spike Seldin.
The roles of "B.A. Baracus" and Captain "Howling Mad" Murdock are still to be determined despite rumors of Common and Woody Harrelson taking the parts.
