Fox Atomic has picked up the comedy pitch "Accidentes" from Sacha Baron Cohen who will produce and may star.

Peter Baynham writes (won an Oscar for "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan" along with Cohen).

Story follows a lawyer of Latin descent who, after aiding an immigrant win a case involving a landscaping mishap against a wealthy employer, becomes a hero to the working class and goes against the L.A. elite lawyers.
