PLOT:
Based on the comicbook superhero created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber and Jack Kirby. Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth), whose name is taken from a god based on Norse myth, is sent down by his father Odin (Anthony Hopkins) and sets him in a body of a partly disabled man named Donald Blake who's a medical student. He becomes a doctor but then discovers his destiny in Thor's hammer and has the ability to move between the Thunder God and his normal self.
